'The X Factor' is undoubtedly the show that just keeps going. Now in its tenth year, it has seen nine previous winners and has made success stories out of One Direction, Little Mix and Olly Murs to name a few. This is the thing - there's no doubt that when the show is successful it does really well but these days it seems to have more critics than fans.
The Star Will Appear Alongside The Popular TV Character
What is it with former X Factor kids and their pearly whites, eh? Not only did Niall Horan from that One Direction reveal his new nashers a few months back, but James Arthur's rockin' a brace as we speak and Rylan's...er...yeah. And guess who's the latest alumni-type to have the old mouth chompers done? It's only ruddy Cher Lloyd. Ooh.
Yup - she got a some stick in her X Factor days for being a bit mouthy, but now Cher's got the last laugh after she showed off her sparkling sushi scissors (there aren't that many words for 'teeth', surprisingly enough) at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas. Er LATERS, gap tooth.
Now we all know Cher's been off galavanting around the US duetting with Demi Lovato, touring with Fifth Harmony and all that malarky, but she still found time to become Dentist Chair Lloyd and get some brand spankin' new veneers. GAH - she looks even more like her former mentor Cheryl Cole than ever before, right? Minus that ridiculous arse tattoo, obvs.

The audition rooms and arena performances are over and now our wannabe singers are heading to Bootcamp, but why are there six chairs in the room? We're about to find out.
So every so often a wannabe popster auditions for The X Factor, sings their pretty little heart out and blows the judges away - only to fall at the next ruddy hurdle. It happened to One Direction's Liam Payne, it happened to Alexandra Burke and we all know how it went down with Gamu *sniff*. Well now - after almost making it to judges' houses last year, rather fit rocker Joseph Whelan's pulled a Paynis and has returned to the show. Hoorah.
Yup - Joseph give it a second bash over the weekend, and even brought Mini Murs (i.e. the cutest kid you've ever seen) along for the ride.
We caught up with Joseph for a chinwag about second chances, being stranded on a desert island with Louis Walsh and Jedward (oh GOOD GOD) and having the most stylish son of all time ever.
X Factor wannabe Joseph Whelan was an "emotional wreck" at Boot Camp.
'X Factor' judge Gary Barlow is to release his first solo album in 14 years, taking on his Take That bandmate Robbie Williams in the charts. Gary announced his new release, which will be out in November, by sending a message to fans on Twitter. Gary's November release date means he will be in direct competition with his pal Robbie, whose new album 'Swings Both Ways' is due out on 18 November ...

Every year, without fail The X Factor contestants are warned by producers to keep partying to a minimum, and every year without fail a few of them get snapped looking absolutely bladdered anyway. *cough* Lucy Spraggan *cough* Rylan Clark.
ANYWAY, this series it seems that the exey hosts and judges might be the ones who need a stern word from show bosses - after Caroline Flack, Nicole Scherzinger and Dermot O'Leary were apparently told off for making too much noise while filming Scherzy's judges' houses ep in Antigua.
Allegedly, supposedly etc, the group spent the night drinking and singing - causing other guests at the resort to complain. WHAT SPOILSPORTS - if we saw Flackers, Dermy and co having a sing song you'd pretty much have to hold us back from joining the shenannigans.
She was one fifth of chart-topping girl group Girls Aloud for 10 years, and now, a decade on, Kimberley Walsh thinks the time is right to clear up one or two rumours about the band, those infamous rumours about in-band fighting, and their management by Louis Walsh.

Simon Cowell talent show's mixed fortunes continue in its last episode before it goes head to head with Strictly live shows
Saturday night's edition of ITV's The X Factor lost nearly a million viewers on the previous week, its last outing before it goes up against the first live edition of BBC1's Strictly Come Dancing.
The X Factor drew 8.8 million viewers, a 39.9% share between 8pm and 9pm on Saturday, down from 9.6 million (37%) for the previous week's edition.
It has been a mixed season for the 10th series of the Simon Cowell show to date, launching with 9.2 million viewers at the end of August before dipping to 8.3 million – up against the Strictly Come Dancing launch show – and bouncing back to 9.6 million last week.
BBC1 still had something to offer Strictly fans with When Miranda Met Bruce, in which host Bruce Forsyth was interviewed by Miranda Hart. It was watched by 4.4 million viewers, a 19.6% share, between 7.30pm and 8.40pm.
The X Factor was followed by ITV's revival of Through the Keyhole, watched by 4.5 million viewers (22.1%) between 9pm and 10pm.
Only one of BBC2's top five shows was not a repeat (topped by Dad's Army, with 1.4 million viewers), and that was a film – the terrestrial premiere of the The Awakening, starring Dominic West and Rebecca Hall, in second place with 1 million viewers between 9.30pm and 11.15pm.
The BBC's second channel, with a 4.5% share of the audience across the day, was beaten by Channel 5, with a 4.8% share, and Channel 4, with 6.1%.
Channel 5, like BBC2, also looked back to the past; its most-watched show was 1963 film The Great Escape, with 1.17 million viewers, a 6.3% share, between 5.50pm and 9pm. And to think, it's not even Christmas.
