Sometimes when former X Factor acts are given ages to properly record their first album it ends up flopping on its arse and said popstars disappear forever (see: One Direction, Little Mix, Leona Lewis). Other times, though, they decide to chuck a covers album out and turn the act into a global phenomenon (see: Steve Brookstein).
And that's exactly what's going on with 2013 champ Sam Bailey, who's just announced her debut album The Power of Love, which will be released in March.
Yup - following her performance with actual Michael Bolton *fangirls* on the NTAs the other night, Samantha's pretty much ready to let her first ever album penetrate our eardums. Oh WHO SAYS THE BEST THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT? Boring, patient people. That's who.

“Simon knows how controlling and manipulative Kris is because he had dealings with her when Khloe Kardashian co-hosted the U.S. X Factor for one season,” the source apparently told Showbiz Spy.
