Okay, so it's only 8 days until Christmas and we still have no bloody idea what to get anyone. In fact, we've already resigned ourselves to the fact that we're gonna be trawling town in a sweaty mess on actual Christmas Eve doing what should be about a week's work in 3 hours. OH, LIFE. But one gal who's well ahead of herself this Crimbo is The X Factor's Melanie McCabe, who's teamed up with Universal to chat about her fave DVD Mrs. Brown's Boys Live.
Yup - we've got our mitts on some behind-the-scenes pics of Melanie filming her shiny new ad for the 'DVD Everyone's Christmas Favourite' campaign which basically involves...er...giving your faves a DVD of *their* fave. GENIUS.
Mel can't get enough of Mrs. Brown's Boys Live - and so much so that anyone in the McCabe family can probs expect it under their Christmas tree on the 25th. She said: "I like Mrs. Brown Live because it's like my family but just worse."
With all the acts that were on the X Factor final this weekend, we weren’t surprised that there’d been a whole load of diva behaviour going on. Did Katy Perry demand that Niall Horan stayed at least 50m away from her at all times? Did Elton John ask for strictly diamond encrusted nibbles? Maybe Louis Tomlinson decided that he’d only talk to people if they addressed them as ‘Baron BonBon’?
Errr, nope. Apparently the superstars were all on their best behaviour, and it was actually the comedy X Factor rejects who were throwing the strops. Sigh.
Some of the biggest characters from X Factors gone by, including Kitty Brucknell, 2 Shoes, Diva Fever and Wagner all took to the stage for a giant mash-up of their most memorable performances, but it’s rumoured that rehearsals were jam packed with diva tantrums and arguments over who’d get the most singing lines and camera time. Oh jeez.
Sam Bailey credits the Prison Service for her X Factor win, after her boss gave her time off to audition for the show seven months ago.
Prison officer Sam Bailey was crowned the winner of X Factor - but it wasn't too long ago that she was singing in Langtrys in Stone. After winning eight out of the 10 live shows in the public vote, the member of Sharon Osbourne's over-25s category wowed the crowd, judges and a TV audience of millions at the first live shows at the weekend. But the lucky audience at Langtrys in Stone got a taster ...

Sam Bailey set to beat Lily Allen to the Christmas number one spot
The X Factor's ratings slide has continued with the moment of triumph for Sam Bailey pulling in a million fewer viewers than last year's series climax.
Viewers complained that singer's performance in flesh-coloured underwear was too explicit for a pre-watershed ITV audience
Lady Gaga's performance on ITV's the X Factor, in which the singer cavorted on stage in flesh-coloured underwear and a bra made out of a pair of shells, has been cleared of breaking UK broadcasting rules.
The singer appeared on the Sunday night results show performing her singles, Do What U Want and Venus, on 27 October.
But the performance struck the wrong note with some viewers, 317 of whom made official complaints to media regulator Ofcom.
Viewers complained that Gaga's act was too explicit for a show that aired before the 9pm watershed.
ITV also received about 60 complaints about the act.
On Monday, Ofcom said that the complaints had been assessed, but that it would not be moving to a full investigation to see if the performance is in breach of UK broadcasting rules.
Following the performance ITV released a statement backing the nature of the show, pointing out that Gaga is known for her "highly individual performance style".
A spokeswoman for ITV said: "We do not believe Lady Gaga's performance was inappropriate for the family audience of the X Factor results show, which has an established tradition of featuring performances from the biggest music stars."
Appearances by Rihanna and Christina Aguilera have generated a flurry of complaints in past series.
In 2011, the dance routines by Rihanna and Aguilera were both cleared of breaching broadcasting rules by Ofcom, but the regulator said they were "at the limit" of acceptability for a pre-watershed broadcast.
Jennifer Lopez's performance in another Simon Cowell-produced talent show on ITV, Britain's Got Talent, earlier this year also prompted complaints, but Ofcom decided not to investigate.
