The X Factor's Code 4 to continue as a 3 after band member is denied visa due to criminal conviction

Yet another X Factor act has fallen victim to the dreaded 'visa issues' - after hopefuls Code 4 revealed that they've been forced to drop one of thier members from the group.

JEEZ. Last weekend's bootcamp epiosde saw Rough Copy reduced to a two piece after one of their members was denied access to the USA for the Judges' Houses stage of the competition (again - they had EXACTLY the same problem last year) and now Code 4 have had the same thing happen to them.

The foursome made it through bootcamp and were due to fly to New York with their mentor Gary Barlow in a bid to make it to live shows - but band member Mark Wyman was banned from entering America due to the fact he has two criminal convictions for conspiracy to rob and theft. 

He was refused a visa, and now Jermaine Donegal, Ryan Nembhard, and Jordan Lee will continue in the show as a trio.
