Yep, while winner Sam Bailey was automatically signed up to Sony, all other acts must wait three months before accepting any potential record deals, as part of the ITV show's terms and conditions.
And it seems that Simon has his eye on Rough Copy and Nicky McD, with a source telling The Sun: “No final decisions have yet been taken on who aside from Sam Bailey will get deals.
"But Cowell and Sony have their eyes on Rough Copy and Nicholas who are likely to get snapped up next month."
