X Factor winner Matt Cardle will launch the eight-day Saffron Walden Carnival in July this year. The singer, whose chart-topper ‘When We Collide’ peaked at Number 1 for three weeks, will kick off the Eight Day Weekend on Saffron Walden Common on Friday, July 4.
