Yep, apparently Jack, who happens to be 25 and in the music 'biz, and Caroline have been a thing for a while now, with the two of them exchanging flirty Twitter messages starting all the way back in May. Oh, we love seeing a celeb relationship blossom through the powers of the Internet.
