The X Factor's Relley Clarke talks musical chairs, Sam Callahan kissing Louis Walsh and more - Watch

AGH - we don't know about you, but we've only just got over the emotional rollercoaster that was The X Factor last weekend. In fact, we've barely managed to get settled sitting down without fear of being told we're actually being replaced with someone else in a rather dramatic state of affairs. And we're not even on the bloody show.

Thankfully, though, Relley Clarke of quite good voice and badger hair fame is through to Nicole Scherzinger's judges houses (hooray) and wanted to tell us all about it (hoorah).

We sat down (AGH) for a chinwag with Relley to talk this year's big twist, who wants to play musical pairs with, judges houses and getting Sam Callahan to kiss Louis Walsh on actual live TV. Amazing. Check out our chat below.

Little Mix, Cher Lloyd and Fifth Harmony to join Demi Lovato on her Neon Lights Tour 2014

As if being a nabbing herself a role in Glee, storming the UK charts with Skyscraper and doing the whole judging thing on The X Factor USA wasn't enough for Demi Lovato to be getting on with, she's only gone and announced a ruddy US and Canada tour for 2014, hasn't she? And guess what - she's taking Little Mix, Cher Lloyd *and* Fifth Harmony with her. AGH.

Yup - while Taylor Swift's *finally* given us some UK dates for the Red tour, Demi's revealed details of her Neon Lights Tour...and it's basically like The X Factor tour minus the Wagners and the Same Differences of this world.

Demi Lovato tour - Demi Lovato images - sugarscape.com

Demz will kick off her tour on February 9th in Vancouver, before moving to the States for a stint between February 11th and March 30th, but there are no plans to bring the show to the UK just yet. MAJOR SADFACE.

Sharon Osbourne: don't go disrespecting her

The X Factor judge and ancient rock star's wife is selling her third autobiography with stories of celebrity feuds and fights

Age: 60.

Appearance: Unmistakable and inescapable. Her face glowers at us from TV screens, magazine racks and gossip website sidebars every day.

This is true. But why are we talking about her now? Because soon her face is going to be glowering at us from the front of her third autobiography – and she has been feeding readers scraps to whet their appetites by serialising the book in the Sun.

What kind of scraps are we talking about? Scraps. As in scuffles, scrapes, feuds and fisticuffs.

Ah. Who has she been scuffling with? Her husband (and crumbling, ancient rock star) Ozzy Osbourne and her former X Factor judging colleague (and more famous pop star's sister) Dannii Minogue.

What happened with her and Ozzy? She threw a cup of coffee over his head, pulled "his precious hair" and tried to "yank off his jewellery".

So they fought three times? No, just the once. Apparently, She's just very good at multitasking mid-scuffle. She threw her cappuccino – including cup and saucer – over him first and then used one hand to tug at his mane and the other to mug him.

Why? Because she wanted a divorce.

Is that how you initiate proceedings now? Not formally, no. But she says Ozzie had relapsed into drug use and wasn't showing her enough respect. They have since managed to patch things up.

And what about her and Dannii Minogue? They haven't managed to make up. Apparently Minogue wasn't showing Shazza enough respect either. Osbourne says that Minogue was "unbearable to work with" and used to walk past her in the hallway "without even making eye contact".

So she gave her a face full of latte? No, but Osbourne says Minogue was part of the reason she left the show.

The other part being? The other and much bigger part of the reason being she wasn't happy with the money.

But she is now? Evidently. And evidently she's worth it: her return to X Factor this year has helped bring in an extra half a million viewers.

Do say: "Mum and dad used to fight ..."

Don't say: "... but only for the book sales."

Downton Abbey continues strong start

ITV romps home in ratings battle with costume drama watched by 9.6 million and The X Factor pulling in 9.5 million viewers

Downton Abbey's fourth series continued its strong start on Sunday, attracting an average of 9.6 million viewers.

The second episode of the ITV costume drama's 2013 series averaged a 39.5% audience share, as the show roughly maintained the previous weekend's ratings level of 9.5 million and 39.7% – Downton's best opening so far.

Downton left the 9pm competition for dust, including BBC1 drama By Any Means (3.5 million/14.1%), the final instalment of Simon Schama's BBC2 documentary series The Story of the Jews (0.8 million/3.4%), Channel 4's Big Fat Quiz of the 90s (1.7 million/7.8%) and Channel 5's movie repeat Gone in Sixty Seconds (0.7 million/3.9%).

ITV owns Sunday peak-time right now, with The X Factor weighing before Downton for an average 9.5 million viewers and a 38.5% share over 90 minutes from 7.30pm.

The X Factor was up against BBC1's Countryfile (6.3 million/28.6%) and Antiques Roadshow (5.7 million/22.8%), BBC2's The Crane Gang (0.9 million/3.7%), Channel 4's Man-made Home (1.2 million/4.8%) and Channel 5's movie repeat Superman (0.9 million/4.1%).

Gridiron touches down

Channel 4 picked up the UK terrestrial TV rights to American Football recently and on Sunday broadcast live coverage of the NFL's annual showcase London game, featuring the Minnesota Vikings v Pittsburgh Steelers.

The NFL match from Wembley averaged 500,000 viewers and a 2.9% share between 5.30pm and 8pm on Channel 4, when coverage switched to More4 for the rest of the game.

Dexter's last hurrah

The final episode of US serial killer drama Dexter, drawing to a close after eight series, averaged 285,000 viewers and a 1.2% audience share on FX from 9pm.

Dexter was the top rating show on pay-TV channels in its slot and the sixth most watched of the day across the sector.

Top spot in pay-TV went to Sky Sports 1's love coverage of Sunderland v Liverpool, which averaged 1.2 million viewers and a 9.5% share from 3.30pm.

All ratings are Barb overnight figures, including live, +1 (except for BBC channels) and same day timeshifted (recorded) viewing, but excluding on demand, or other – unless otherwise stated. Figures for BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 generally include ratings for their HD simulcast services, unless otherwise stated

Demi Lovato's 'Skyscraper' storms the UK iTunes chart thanks to The X Factor

As much as we're ridiculously obsessed with Demi Lovato's current album Demi, we always thought her old tune Skyscraper deserved more recognition on our shores. And it seems like it's finally happening, people - 'cause after its original release back in 2011 the totes emosh ballad's well and truly STORMED up the iTunes chart thanks to...you guessed it...The X Factor.

Ah - the power of Simon Cowell and a well dramatic round of musical chairs, eh.

Demi Lovato Skyscraper iTunes - Demi Lovato images - sugarscape.com

While the tune didn't bother the UK charts too much first time round (ridic, we know), Hannah Sheares' performance at the arena auditions made everyone's ears prick up. Oh, and the fact that it's used about five billion times per episode has seen it rise from the ground to a new iTunes peak of number four. Hoorah.

Ah, let's 'ave a listen shall we?
