Ah, Demi Lovato. Quite decent popstar, Glee star, X Factor USA judge, possessor of good hair. There's literally nothing the girl can't do. And do you know what she's done to make us even more jealous of her oh-so-perfect ways? She's gone and appeared on the Tonight with Jay Leno telly show over in the U-S-of-A to talk about herself a bit.

So it turns out Demi's gonna be pretty pissed if Uncle Si doesn't offer her the role of godmother to his new bubba, she's pretty excited about returning to The X Factor USA this season and her book features loads of meditation-type stuff. Ooh.
