Britain's Got Talent 2014 auditions to introduce a 'golden buzzer' twist?

If you're still suffering X Factor withdrawl symptoms (read: experiencing a severe lack of Dermot O'Leary's bulge in your life), worry not - 'cause the eigth series of Britain's Got Talent is just around the corner. Hoorah. And apparently this year, amongst the dancing dogs and 'SURPRISE I'm actually really good' singers, we're gonna have a brand new twist - the GOLDEN BUZZER.

Yup - according to reports a fifth, shiny golden buzzer will be added to the judges' desk for the 2014 auditions...and they're only allowed to use it ONCE. Oh gahd, the temptation.

Rumour has it that if a judge sees and act they definitely, 170 percent wanna see in the live shows they're allowed to press this glitzy gold buzzer of joy. The result? The act's guaranteed a place in the lives *and* gets showered in a frenzy of glitter, lights and music.
